DELLNER BUBENZER Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of the Polish company Frimatrail Frenoplast S.A, which has 30 years’ experience and continuous R&D activity as a producer of friction materials for rail vehicles.

For Frimatrail Frenoplast, this integration with a Swedish rail and industrial Group opens up new prospects. “Joining the DELLNER BUBENZER group is a strategic development move for us,” said Jacek Bułhak’, CEO of Frimatrail Frenoplast S.A. “Co-operation with such a recognised partner brings many benefits – we will be able to improve our R&D performance, optimise costs and gain access to new markets. We undoubtedly have an exciting time ahead of us.” Frimatrail Frenoplast S.A. specialises in the design, development and production of friction materials used in industry, mostly in the railway sector. The company employs 60 people at its head office near Warsaw, and the company’s products are sold all over the world. Frimatrail Frenoplast has obtained many quality and industry certificates, including IRIS, ISO 9001, and UIC.
The new company will operate under the name DELLNER Frimatrail Frenoplast S.A., and the focus for the immediate future will be on keeping up business as usual, supporting customers and integrating employees into the DELLNER BUBENZER Group.
