    Companies are singular and the style is in the third person. Try to avoid constant mentions of the company name. The magazine goes to senior management in the rail industry, so try to avoid in-depth technical detail where possible.

    The general structure is a bit about the company, moving on to news or projects you wish to highlight and concluding with future plans and ambitions.

    Aside from factual content, all copy is subject to the final decision of the editor.


    Images and captions

    Attach images as high-resolution (300dpi) jpg's. A selection of 3-5 images is ideal. Production reserves the right to select which images, if any, are used. If you fail to supply the images as high-res images, production will publish the editorial without images.

    If you cannot make the deadline or fail to submit copy, we are happy to include you in another issue of the magazine. However, you will need to advise us as to which month you wish to appear in so that we can advise you of the copy date for that issue.

    An email will be sent to you and you will need to respond to ensure that your editorial is transferred.

    If we do not hear from you, we will not automatically transfer the editorial.

    When you send copy we will give you a deadline by which to send us any amendments. After that deadline, we will publish your copy, as subbed by our Editor.
    Aside from factual content, all copy is subject to the final decision of the Editor.
