Appointments made to TfGM

Key members of the Transport for Greater Manchester Committee (TfGM), advising Greater Manchester Combined Authority on transport policy, were appointed at the authority’s recent AGM.

The chair was named as Counsillor Andrew Fender (Manchester), with Councillor Roger Jones (Salford) taking the role of vice chair.

Human resources director appointed

Support services company, May Gurney, has appointed David Billingham, 51, as group human resources director, with responsibility for overseeing the development of the group’s people management, training and rewards programmes for May Gurney’s 6,100 UK staff.
