Keith Greenfield joins Heathrow Express

Heathrow Express has appointed Keith Greenfield as its new managing director. He was previously airline business development director for BAA, Heathrow Express’s owner, following a nine-year stint as head of Orange UK’s Wholesale Business division. 

He says: ‘I have always admired the attention to detail, customer care, service and reliability that I have experienced at Heathrow Express as a customer.’

Outgoing MD Richard Robinson has joined the consultancy Aecom as managing director of its transportation business in Europe.
