As Head of Train Service Delivery you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day control of train services, including the interface with Network Rail through the Integrated Control Centre and Customer Services.
The role will include leadership of the Performance team including Integrated Control Centre, Current Operations, Performance Analysis and Delay Attribution teams.
You will be responsible for the provision of a resourced Integrated Control Function to ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of the train plan as well as ensuring that safety critical competence management systems are developed, implemented and enforced throughout the Service Delivery and Performance Team.
You will provide competent advice and assistance, to all functions, on operational and occupational safety; and, in particular, the development and maintenance of effective, compliant and business-integrated Safety and Operational Management Systems all the time ensuring compliance with all Railway Group and Company standards
