DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN THE RAIL INDUSTRY

New procedures are to be introduced for dealing with disputes arising in connection with regulated contracts relating to access to the railway network in England, Wales and Scotland and associated facilities such as stations, freight terminals and maintenance depots.

The new arrangements will be overseen by the Access Disputes Committee.
